An outdoor and chemical rated controls and distribution switchboard for the outdoor pools, at an aquatic center.
This needs to be totally waterproof and capable of withstanding chemicals such as chlorine should they come in contact.
The Solution:
A Cubo P, full polycarbonate switchboard that can handle the full operation during the busy season and still hold up to the water splashes and any UV exposure.
Benefits:
Cubo P can be constructed from as many bases as required. This means there will be plenty of room inside for what is needed, while the extension frames will take care of the required depth.
Polycarbonate in its full form has more benefits compared to other composites, which lends itself quite well to being a material of choice when it comes to industrial, agricultural, and where a regular metallic enclosure may fail due to environmental factors.
Tests have been conducted out Cubo P include:
- Chemical resistance, including chlorine, petroleum based and some refrigerants
- U.V durability, polycarbonate takes longer to deteriorate when exposed to U.V
- IP & IK testing, Cubo P is IP65 & IK08
