While on a site visit, our customer saw one of our fuel pump stations and wanted the same solution. Along with a few modifications to the internal configurations, the switchboard must have an external emergency stop, overfill light and easy access to controls.
The Solution:
A Cubo P switchboard mounted in an aluminium shroud for extra protection with an emergency stop, overfill sensors, DOL starters and various sensors and relays. This design means that the breakers and switches can be easily accessed in the hinged window and any controls that dont need to be adjsuted are behind the grey hinged fixed cover. The breather device minimizes condensation and stabilizes pressure differences.
Benefits:
IP65 and IK08 rated switchboard made from polycarbonate which retains its IP and IK rating longer than other industrial plastics. A polycarbonate switchboard is not susceptible to rust or denting and dosen't sustain a flame, making it future-proof and durable.The shroud provides additional protection as well as making it easier to mount feestanding.
